Outdoor pool

In high season, there are two outdoor pools here, one of which is shallow for our youngest visitors. If you want to have the opportunity to bathe both indoors and outdoors, you pay entrance to the bath house.
If you only want to visit our outdoor pools, these are free.
Between dips in the pool, you can comfortably sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers that you can borrow free of charge.
You must be 12 years old and able to swim if you want to visit us without an adult.
The outdoor pool opens for the season depending on the weather, normally in early June.

Bathhouse & gym

Borgholms Badhus, located in the middle of Kapelludden Camping, has activities for everyone in the family. 25-meter pool, water slide, sauna and hot tub with sea view. In the gym you will find: cross trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, strength training machines and free weights.

Weeks 27-31, free outdoor training sessions are offered twice a week.

Playground for the children

Kapelludden's playground is close to the beach and there is plenty of fun for all playful children. Among other things, toddler swings, eagle's nest, swing swing, slide and a brand new climbing net. The pirate ship playground is a few hundred meters from the campsite.

Outdoor gym

Just outside the Kapelludden campsite, right by the activity park, there is an outdoor gym with machines for all muscle groups. A perfect place to finish the run!

Find us

Bicycle Rental

We have 3-speed Pilen bikes that you can rent. There are also various accessories for rent such as bicycle bags and bicycle trailers. You can borrow a helmet. Bicycle rental takes place in the bath house.

Sauna

At the Udden area, you will find a small green house with a sauna, shower and changing room. Outside the house there is a wooden deck and a small jetty for those who want to swim. To book a sauna, contact the bath house.

In Rivieran's service house there is a sauna that is open for a couple of hours every day during high season, this sauna is free to use.

Beach & Swimming

We have a small sandy beach at the campsite. It is located by the playground and the Ängen area. Between the sandy beach and the jetty there is a large lawn where you can lie and sunbathe or get active with beach games.

Borgholm city

Just 300 meters from the campsite you will find Borgholm's main street with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Skatepark & ​​multi-arena

Near the Kapelludden campsite, you can visit the new skate park in Aktivitetsparken Borgholm, located in Mejeriviken on Öland. The park is a modern concrete park with a lovely flow, perfect for everyone who loves skateboarding, BMX, inline and scooters. In addition to the concrete park, there is an asphalt street surface equipped with rail, manual pad and curb.
