23-year limit

Anyone living without a guardian must be 23 years of age to stay at the campsite.

Arrival Departure

Check-in takes place from 15.00 for both campsites and cabins.

Check-out for the camping site is no later than 12.00. Check-out for cottages is no later than 11.00. If you have purchased final cleaning, check-out applies no later than 10.00.

1 car per plot and cabin is allowed. Cottage Gläntan Superior has two parking spaces per cottage. 

Car washing is not permitted in the area. 

Car traffic is permitted in the area at 06.00-23.00. When returning home late, please park the car outside the area.
The boom is closed at 23.00-06.00. Some traffic with work vehicles may occur.

The speed limit is 10 km/h in the entire area.

Charging of electric cars is not permitted in our electricity poles. The nearest place for charging is at Hamnvägen 1, Borgholm.

Fire safety

According to the fire protection regulation we are subject to, a safety distance of 4 meters must be kept to neighboring camping units. This is achieved by placing the caravan/mobile home/tent 2 meters into the plot in all directions.

According to the same regulation, it is also stipulated that there may not be more than 1 (one) unit per plot = caravan/mobile home + any. awning, and that only 1 (one) car may be parked on the lot. It is not permitted to set up larger tent devices such as party tents and military tents.

Crews that line up in a different way must immediately change their line-up as above when told to do so. If this is not done, the guest may be rejected from the campsite.

Bicycles

Bicycles are available for rent.

Diesel plant

Diesel plants are not permitted to be used.

Shower, laundry & access card

You get cards for barriers, showers and washing/drying at check-in. Shower costs SEK 6/3 minutes. Washing costs SEK 60 (detergent included) and dryer SEK 50. At checkout, you pay for what you have used. A lost card is charged SEK 200.

Electricity poles and gas

An EU adapter is required for connection. Electric cable between connection point and caravan must be in good condition and approved for outdoor use and for the correct amperage. This responsibility rests with the caravan or mobile home owner.

All cables must be EU approved. The cable should not be longer than necessary as this means large voltage drops. EU adapters can be purchased at reception.

Gasoline and electric equipment must be tested and approved according to current regulations.

Grilling

Grilling may only be done in a grill because the fire hazard. The ashes are left in a tin with the text GRILLKOL. Disposable grills are not permitted. Grills are available to borrow, limited number. Some cottages have their own barbecue.

Dogs

Pets are warmly welcome with us. Some cabins are pet-free. Dogs must be kept on a leash and rested outside the area. For total comfort, pick up after your dog!

Internet & Wi-Fi

We offer free Wifi via Telia.

Public transport

Kalmar Länstrafik (KLT) See website www.klt.se. The nearest bus stop is Borgholms Busstation.

No cash

From 1 January 2023, all our operations are cashless. We accept card payment and Swish.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins, service houses and social houses! Don't throw farts on the ground, think of the children, animals and nature!

SCR

All of our campsites are members of SCR (Sweden's National Organization of Camping and Cabin Operators).

Damages and Loss

We are not responsible for damage and/or loss of property. Anyone who damages buildings, materials or other campers' possessions, or violates the campsite's rules of order, may be made liable for compensation and notified from the area. In the event of an eviction, there is no refund and you are obliged to pay for the entire booked period.

Garbage station

Garbage stations are marked on the area map. It is only permitted to throw away household waste in the waste container.

Safety

Fire extinguishers are marked on the area map. Defibrillators are available in the receptions. 

Seasonal place

If you are interested in renting a seasonal place, contact Guest Service for information.

Toilet & latrine waste

You empty toilet waste into special hoppers at the service houses. You empty fixed thoughts in the designated place.

Grant or rental

It is not permitted to sublet or rent out plot/cottage.

Show consideration

There are many people living at the campsite and it is important to show consideration towards your neighbours. Remember not to play loud music or drive more than necessary. Silence must be observed at 23.00-06.00.

On some evenings/nights during the summer there may be high sound volume from a nearby nightclub.

Night guards patrol the area at night during high season. During low season, the guard can always be reached by phone. Guards must be obeyed unconditionally.
