Best time for camping on Öland

It depends entirely on what kind of experience you as a guest are looking for, but generally we recommend you visit Öland for camping from May to September, when the weather is at its warmest and when most activities on the island are open. The beauty of Öland, however, is that it is the island of diversity. In the summer it is a summer dream, while at other parts of the year it is like balm for the soul to stay on the island.
